St. Mary's Chili Cook-off 2010

On Saturday, October 2, 2010 we all went to the St. Mary's 2nd Annual Chili Cook-off at the Sale Barn. Prior to that, all you boys went to the gym with me because I had to work. That is a story in and of itself, but let's just say we've had better days! In a nutshell, Gavin was tackling and fighting with another kid over toys and Garrett was whining and yelling the whole time, but luckily Braden was on his best behavior! Then we went to pick up Aunt Cassidy and went off to the Sale Barn. There were tons of fun games! All you boys had a blast. Gavin and Cassidy played a ton of games together and Cassidy even won a couple 2 liters in the ring toss! Cassidy took both Gavin and Garrett in the jump house and you all loved it. I took Garrett to play some of the games for little kids. At first he was just shy as can be :) But he eventually warmed up and played a bag toss, bag tic tac toe, ball toss, ducks in the pond, and pumpkin bowling! He had an absolute blast! Gavin and Cassidy did the bungee run and it was hilarious! They were laughing the entire time. Braden was such a sweetie and slept most of the time. Daddy helped Papa cook his chili and it turned out awesome! Uncle John made chili, too and they won for Best of Show. Unfortunately, the judges were terrible and neither Papa or Uncle John placed. After that we all went over to Aunt Cindi's and had pizza and hung out. You guys had a blast playing the Wii and especially Band Hero. Overall, it was a long and exhausting day, but filled with wonderful Nafziger Family memories :)
