Happy Halloween 2009

This Halloween we had Optimus Prime and the cutest little scarecrow :) We got some cute pics (to be posted soon) and Garrett wanted to wear the scarecrow hat the whole time! He had a blast running around. Daddy took the boys trick-or-treating in the neighborhood and they got lots of candy. Mommy stayed home to hand out the candy and Garrett joined her after a bit, because it was so cold out! He really enjoyed seeing all the kids come up to our house! Then we went to Pop's house for "pumpkin" pizza (aka a pepperoni pizza arranged to look like a pumpkin). Boys got even more candy and some Halloween books. Plus Garrett managed to get a cupcake all over his face. After hanging out there for awhile, we stopped at Grandma & Grandpa D's house where they got even more candy and had fun visiting. Gavin fell asleep on the way home, but Garrett was wide awake and ready to fight his bedtime, as usual!!! Overall, it was a fabulous day!
