Happy 6th Birthday, Gavin!

Gavin, you are truly a joyous challenge! We never know what we're going to get each day and some are definitely more challenging than others, but each and every day we have you we are blessed :) You've had a crazy busy weekend to celebrate your birthday! On Saturday we had your friends from school and a couple other friends over to our house to celebrate. In attendance from school was Grant, Blain, Colin, CJ, Brady and Niklas. Of course your little brothers Garrett and Braden and your aunt Cassidy helped you celebrate, too :) Your old neighbors Jake and Andrew came over and your good friend Andrew Bokus and his little brother Wilson came, too! Andrew B. even spent the night and you guys had a great time! Grandma D. made your cake and it was supposed to be Hot Wheels, but it was Cars instead, but you were still excited and thought the cake was cool. You all had a blast playing games and playing with all our toys in the basement. You were all crazy! We ate cake and ice cream and then you opened all your gifts. The next day we had all of your family over to help us celebrate and once again you had a blast! We made a brownie for you, which seems to be your favorite! You loved all your presents and were very thankful! Today is your actual birthday, so you took cookies to school and you were very excited about taking a cookie to your Principal, Mr. Lockinvitz. Your dad was able to come eat lunch with you and he brought you a Happy Meal! Now we're headed out to Chuck E Cheese to use the gift card you got from Grandma and Grandpa D and Cassidy :) I'm sure it will be a great time!

Stats: Age 6, 62 lbs. and 47 1/2 inches tall. You are still projected to be 6 foot tall! We all knew you would be taller than mommy, but you might even be taller than daddy, too!!!
